Computational Quantum Materials Physics Lab

Our group studies emergent phenomena in correlated and low-dimensional quantum materials, designs novel quantum materials and nanostructures, and develops first-principles electronic-structure methods. We combine quantum physics, many-body theory, machine learning, and high-performance computing to understand and predict material properties from the atomic scale upward.
